Topeka Chamber Of Commerce has Lied, and now they try to explain.

Lets hear about those 7,000 jobs that are supposedly available in Topeka?

WIBW, always the syncophant to the cops and city again provided a platform for Go Topeka droids to explain away the bad reputation they have given Topeka.
See it here:

“That is untrue”: GTP, City of Topeka responds to media outlets reports about city’s Choose Topeka program

I want to know about these alleged “7000 jobs” that they claim are available in Topeka! They claim we have a 2.something% unemployment, but if there are 7000 jobs in a city of roughly 150,000, then wouldnt we have ZERO unemployment?

Or maybe the TRUTH is that these 7000 jobs are low-paying shit work for shit wages that no one wants? (Hmmm….maybe we NEED those immigrants to take them?)

What these asshole idiot moron motherfuckers at Go Topeka and the Chamber of Whores repeatedly fail to understand is that there is NO housing available that a person working 40 hours a week at the current “minimum wage” can possibly afford. ALL those jobs we were promised at Mars, Home Depot, etc etc might pay a bit about what minimum wage SHOULD be, but those employers only give people 20 hours a week so that they dont have to pay for any benifits, therefore citizens have to take on TWO of those mediocre jobs in order to be able to afford a place to live.

Of course the slumlords in topeka dont want rent caps, but when people go looking for housing, they compare the cost of housing HERE, to the cost of housing in LAWRENCE or other outlying areas, and while Lawrence is more expensive, the quality of life there is SOOO much better, and so much less crime!

And on top of that, for the little paying jobs that people take, by the time we are done paying our rent and utilities and car insurance, theres NO money left to go out and do anything! Therefore topekas “Arts and entertainment” sector can just go fuck itself no matter how much grant money the chamber pumps into it, because it will NEVER stand o its own without artificial support, or extortion through tax dollars!

Think it through: You get your check, you pay your bills and rent, buy groceries, pay the basic costs of living, and you have jack shit left to go out and “Enjoy topeka”, and the bars are mostly run down shitholes trying depserately to clig to some bullshit notion of “Quirky dive bar that hipsters like” or sports bars full of loud beligerant drunks. A cup of yogurt has more culture! And we still dont have anything left to really support ANY of the few options we have for dining and entertainment.

The city has fucked us all over: We are surrounded by Walmarts that are nothing but a catastrophic drain on our local economy, and then the “Dollar General” stores that are popping up everywhere are just maggots feeding off of the corpses of the poverty stricken and poor and providing NOTHING back to the community. (See the ‘Lest Week Tonight With John Oliver episode about that.)

This is deadly to locally owned busiesses…except for maybe liquor stores.

I think its hillarious that the MAGAt faction is now claiming that they are bringing in “Illegal immidrants” to vote for Biden. Really? Dont these people think these things through when they make up these dumb ass racist talking points for the MAGAts to repeat? Considering that Kansas is a RED state and has been gerrymandered to stay that way forever. and the republican choke-hold that the republicans have on the state, county and city, and that includes their droids and plants in the chamber of commerce….WHO do they think is going to waste their time and money shipping in immigrants…WHO CANT VOTE AYWAY!!!

The Moron Majority…..dragging us back to the dark ages by any means necisary!
